Founder and CEO
As the founder of BINARC, Dimitri coordinates all client delivery efforts for the company. He has more than 20 years of IT experience and expertise and has led numerous complex and long-term IT modernization projects in both the government and commercial sectors. Prior to forming BINARC, Dimitri served as Chief Technology Officer at FedSolutions Inc., where he led a staff of 40 in driving the company’s IT strategy, planning, evaluation, budgeting, hiring, and vendor relationships.
Before that, he was Senior Systems Engineer at SyCom, one of the largest systems integrators on the east coast with approximately $70 million in annual revenues. There, he designed Microsoft Unified Communications solutions, including hardware and software solutions for enterprise messaging and storage that included clustering technologies. The most prominent customer where Dimitri designed an Exchange messaging system was the Executive Office of the President of the United States.
Dimitri maintains multiple Microsoft Office 365 certifications, including Security Administrator Associate, Teams Administrator Associate, and Azure Solutions Architect Expert. He holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from George Mason University and B.S. in Computer Science from Strayer University.
Senior Strategic Advisor and Retired Federal Agency CIO and CFO
Danny became so impressed with BINARC during his 8-year tenure as CIO of the entire U.S. Department of Education that he decided to join the company. In his capacity as Education Dept. CIO, Danny managed an IT spend of nearly $1 billion. He also managed the Department’s financial management platform, IT investment portfolio, and overall cybersecurity efforts for the Department’s various lines of business.
Prior to that, he served nearly five years as the Department’s Deputy Chief Financial Officer (CFO), supporting the CFO in overseeing the Department’s entire financial management operations including internal control and audit resolution, financial systems, contracts and procurement, and grants policy issues.
Danny holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Management from Howard University.
Operations Manager
Erika brings more than 15 years of client service, administrative support, and financial operations experience to BINARC. She is skilled in sales trading, executive administration, and financial services strategies and tools.
Prior to joining BINARC, Erika provided a wide range of support services during her time at Credit Suisse, DLA Piper and the Calvert School. Erika holds a B.S. in Textile and Apparel Management from North Carolina State University.
When she's not working, you can find her strolling through a local farmers market or enjoying a family beach day with her husband and their son in Tampa, Florida.
Marketing Manager
Amber has a passion for sales and marketing strategy with almost a decade of experience within business development, brand development, digital marketing, and content strategy. Having worked in various industries, Amber found her sweet spot in Information Technology and actively stays up to date on industry trends and forecasts.
She holds a BA in Mass Communications from California State University of San Marcos and maintains HubSpot certifications in Inbound Marketing and Email Marketing.
Outside of work she is a busy mom to four children, enjoys filling up shelves with historical fiction novels, fitting in a CrossFit workout and soaking up California sunshine.
